Late Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made in less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost. However, this amount will remain as credit in the client's account for one week, which can be utilized towards their next appointment within that time frame.

Declined Payment Policy: Any card on file that is declined and not resolved in a timely manner will result in forfeiture of future appointments at Laser Fix. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their payment information is accurate and up to date.
